Food critic, not so much.

Food critic, I am not. I mean, the mere idea of it. Criticizing food?
My momma taught me better than that.
"You should thank Lord Ganesha that you have roti on your plate!" (We're Indian) There are starving kids in Somalia, haven't you heard? Who am I to criticize FOOD, the cardinal basis of my being?!

Eating food, now that, I can do. And I do it often, indeed.
Cooking, that I do well too.
The whole concept has always boggled my mind. Our lives revolve around eating. Barely have I devoured the food on my plate before I begin to meditate on what my next meal will be and where it will come from. We need three meals a day, its an inherent notion. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Wait. It almost escaped my mind that there are two more very important meal times, smack dab in between each of the aforementioned.

Brunch and Linner! Isn't it amazing, how life does not advance without food? Animals in the wild fight for their meals. Kill, even. Does it really matter to us that the primal need of food is to promote growth and supply energy?
Who cares! WE JUST WANT TO EAT!
Truth be told. Food, simply put, is delicious. For the most part. Most often, it is our tongues that yearn it more than our guts.

So here I am. Food critic (or not). Eater (yes, definitely). But other than the obvious, here's a little on me.

Hi. I'm Hinaara Dodani from Daytona Beach, Florida.

Thats me. I'm married.

Thats him. Dino Dodani. Number One realtor in Daytona Beach. (Love you babe!)

Except.. we don't look much like that anymore. Those pictures were taken on our honeymoon, 8 months ago. We didn't get plastic surgery or anything. We're just.. healthier. (Thats code for "we now have more meat on our bones"). It's not a drastic change but I bet you can guess what has attributed to it.

Yup. You got it. We love food.
So I thought, "Hey, I'm not getting healthier for no reason. Lets start a food blog!"

And thus, I'm so full, and so damn happy! was born! When I got married and moved to Daytona Beach, people would always question me on how bored I was in this little town. "Honestly," I would answer, "this place is amazing!" I've made unbelievable friends and the best part of my adventures here have been sharing meals with all my loved ones here.
Daytona hosts countless impressive restaurants. And I'm not talking about the Chipotle on International Speedway Boulevard or even Ocean Deck on A1A (Hey, they're jalapeno poppers are to die for! I'm not hating!).

So here I am. Food critic (or not). All I wanna do is share the food.
